Rainbow Housing hosts a physical fitness class online once a week, on Fridays. The program offers a 30-40 minute body weight-based class led by professional personal trainers at PopSugar fitness.
Rainbow LINK Program Live Support Session (GED, Career Training, etc.)
Rainbow offers a General Education Development (GED) program which includes weekly live online classes, periodic practice tests with skills development, and online lessons. Residents who successfully complete the program will have all fees waived for GED subject tests.
Rainbow’s live English and Spanish life-skills classes are now available anytime. This allows you to access our most recent live class at a time that works best for you. You’ll have the ability to interact with the class and receive feedback/support from Rainbow staff. Rainbow is leading the way in removing barriers to education.
